This review is not a lot of help as these patches were discontinued. I had been on them for 5 years. Initially 3 patches per week but I gradually weaned myself onto lower doses. For the last 2 years I used one patch a week cut in half so 2 days on half a patch. I had no sweats ( previously I had to put a bath towel in the bed to mop up wetness), my vaginal health was fine, reduced hot flushes somewhat. I would love to find a similar product.
